Neurodiverse Minds Leaders was founded by Melody Gramajo, a health professional, educator, and consultant who bridges the gap between clinical neuroscience and organizational strategy.

With a foundational background in medical studies at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and child neurodevelopment, Melody shifted her focus from the outdated medical model to actionable, neuroinclusive execution. She has successfully guided over 140+ active consulting members and trained 1,500+ professionals and students across multiple countries through her specialized education platforms.

Backed by Global Research and Science. Rather than generic HR theory, this certification is rooted in rigorous science, public health practice, and research ethics. Melody's expertise is supported by her background as a Research Fellow at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) and specialized academic training connected to world-renowned institutions, including Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Imperial College London.
