Most neurodiversity programmes stop at awareness. Neurodiverse Minds Leaders gives you the neuroscience, the community, and the ongoing implementation support to make inclusion work in your classroom, your team, your practice.
“I've done other courses. None of them followed up. Neurodiverse Minds Leaders didn't just teach me, it made sure I could actually apply it the next day.”
“For the first time our entire People team had a shared language around neurodiversity. The ROI was immediate.”
“For the first time I have a real scientific framework, not just a list of dos and don'ts. My conversations with HR completely changed.”
“We ran this through our entire People team. Less friction, better retention, and for the first time a shared language across the whole organisation.”
There are hundreds of neurodiversity certifications out there. Most hand you a PDF, wish you luck, and disappear the moment things get complicated.
Neurodiverse Minds was built as an ecosystem, not a product. The community does not end when the programme does.
Join practitioners, educators and individuals on Skool. 150+ founding members. No payment required. Resources, discussions, live events and peer support.
Leaders members get direct access to HR professionals, school leaders, clinicians and coaches across Argentina, Spain, the UK and beyond.

Graduating is not the end. Structured follow-up ensures what you learned actually changes how you work. That is the difference between information and transformation.
“I genuinely feel you have created a community that feels right for those with neurodiversity. There isn't the feel of ‘this person is trying to sell something’ which means my hyper-vigilance can switch off.”
“Very calming, friendly, responsive and gentle. What you teach is trustable and filled with the logic that works for my brain. For me it's less about learning and more about acceptance, belonging and unmasking.”
“Your work for the neurodivergent community is vital. It's because of great human beings like you that one day, neurodivergence will be seen as a strength, not a disease to eradicate.”
“I'm really drawn to spaces that value understanding over fixing, and this already feels like one of those.”
“This group, and Mel in particular, really help me get a deeper understanding of the whole ND world. Whatever the diagnosis in the end, the things picked up here will help me every day.”
“Love your passion for sharing your amazing wealth of knowledge and information. What a fantastic thing to create, making learning so much easier and more accessible for many.”
“I love hearing ways to navigate life and productivity with neurodiversity. This is exactly the kind of community I was looking for.”
“Being neurodiverse means we spot BS a mile off. If this was my community I'd be very proud, no one has to fit in, because everyone naturally feels like they belong.”
